De toonaangevende danceclub Now&Wow was al ruim een jaar dakloos toen zij in augustus 2003 van de gemeente Rotterdam de Graansilo Maashaven toegewezen kregen. HUB kreeg de opgave om samen met Ted Langenbach en zijn team een honderd jaar oude betonnen industriële kolos te transformeren tot een danstempel.
The trendsetting danceclub Now&Wow had been homeless for more than a year when the Rotterdam city-councel assigned them the Graansilo Maashaven building in August 2003. HUB, in colaboration with Ted Langenbach and his team, received the task to transform this concrete industrial colossus into a spectacular danceclub.
